成长日记

20.04.15


So fast another year over, Yi Ze are 3 years  9 months.

Recently, he able to sit alone without any support, it is very good news for us. Even though is just last for few seconds.

Nowadays he really become smarter! he able to shake his head when he refuse to do something or eating something. Hahaha! 4 years only starting to shaking his big head.

Physiotherapist
Seems change again between 4 months, so as usual that he will crying for whole section( 1 hour)! Hopefully he will get patient and nice therapist .

Speech therapist 
But another way surprisingly when doing speech therapist, he very enjoy it even this is first meet with new therapist(Ms Tye) as SSL haven get new therapist . Therefore we have to search new teacher  for temporary. first assesment RM250 but each section RM120 fro 45 minutes but choosing for RM440 for 4 section.

Ms Tye working in same company with me when 10 years ago, but we never meet each other. end out all resign and meet today.

Our goal is not that hope that he able to talk in future as due to his condition, but  i only hope that he able to use others way to communicate to us such as card.

While doing assessment, Ms Tye told me that seems Yi Ze able understanding the way we talk to him. he able play with teacher and understand the instruction that told to him. Eg teacher playing hide and seek the ball. He able to find out the ball each time correctly, he really suprise me because we do not play this before.
he eye contact and observance are improved.

I feel that so happy even it is just little improvement.

We get from offer discount air asia ticket  from year 2014 but estimate wrongly for school holiday....

End out we separate our tour to 2 group.My elder sister went 1 weeks before our flight which are still drop in school holiday...2nd sister because of mother in law passed away a week before the departure, end out their family decided not to go this trip.

We (4 of us + my mum dan dad)are enjoying the trip. We able to meet elder sister for 2 days  in there.

This time we got nothing plan of this trip. as thinking that elder sister go first and survey about the location.
but finally we only visit few place in Nan Ning.(temperature : 16-20c but it raining day , wind)it quite cool

Another reason is that we are ordering items from "taobao"... We are busy waiting for our items to reached in hotel.At first we thought that China bank not allow that my sister to open an account just to do transaction in Taobao. When that time she said she got approval from opening an bank account. We are here in Malaysia start busy to order the items,but unfortunately my sister did not bring so much of money to china. poor thing she have to wait us to come at last day.  

My Mum very excited especially that my brother in law told her that our hotel just stay nearby with warehouse chinese herb market . Everyday her activity is can go there to buy  herb.

Basically we just go market , garden and science part .at first we thought to go Asian biggest water fall "德天瀑布“, but my sister said their local  trip are very terrible as her family follow day trip to "青海“ from 6.30am to 2300hrs came back to hotel the bus transportation are terrible( buy the ticket then just go bus station) to get the bus, accordingly to their area almost local trip is same. bus are horrible small plus somebody will smoking in the bus. it is not same with others if buy local day trip it should a mini van or mini bus to bring us.

We stay called "phoenix hotel", location is good across the road is the bus station to airport "RMB20 per person" taken 45 minutes.Room are big and will get cheaper price once to book from china internet any website to book hotel .We get price arround RM100+ per nite.



just across the road is herb store, when back only thick that why i did not buy any walnut to try?








Next we go night market

The food are almost the same, just choose it any store that you like it.
We have our dinner in first night! there are a lots of cheaper seafood ,claypot of porridge, Nanning style steam fish.

Day 2 

青秀山

It is place that must be going in Nan ning.Not too far from town, even we took a bus to reach there.
It located is high hill, the moment reach there we can feel so nice the air! It 
is better to take shuttle bus to around the park! each time will pay RMB5 if drop off from shuttle.It is always 10-15 minutes will a shuttle bus. because we are stop at temple, after the prayer then it starts to rain so we missed out at others areas such as fish pond....so such of waste






Day 3 
It is just let the kids have difference experience, not so that good maintain in the building. The problem is stroller is not allow to entry even told that my kid is unable to walk.Luckily did bring baby carrier with me. 4D is not open as we are less people.

chicken pie

My husband like to eat chicken pie.....i have promise him to bake for him....but searching the recipe ..all like very difficult to prepare it..such need boil chicken soup,heavy cream., whipping cream.End out yesterday i was try to create myself recipe...it is easy chicken pie..

I also find the easy way to made nice food....

 4  chicken pie
1/3 cup chop onion
1/3 cup chop potato
1/3 cup green peas( i used can)
1 drumstick boneless cubed
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
1 packet pastry puff (i used Kawan pastry)

  1. In a saucepan, combine chicken, peas, and onion. Add mushroom soup and water to cover and boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
  2. Place the chicken mixture in bottom pie crust.  Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut away excess dough. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  3. Bake in the preheated 170 oven for 30 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

That day I have a dinner at cafe "Amaze K " , was try they food called "H.K Sa Yung".

It was tasty, like doughnut but texture is difference. It will melt inside the mouth...

Been searching the recipe finally find this and try it at home...hahhaha a bit the same but i did not beat more to let air into the batter..so when fried it found that not so puffing like the shop wan...anywhere is nice

七田真班update

这是第三次更换班,以前全是因为所有的学生取消继续。

我们第一班在一起一年了的相比(坐下来,静静学习)

第二次好不容易调整时间,调整与新朋友(新朋友是刚开始一学期了,情绪还并不稳定

跑这里那里),但短短一个学期又被取消继续要换班。

唉!

慢慢地觉得一些活动弟弟也不无法参与(想像成滑雪,赛跑)我都要抱他。

想着有必要退回小班吗?也许ok吧!

2岁的他,到现在还不会坐,很难做到其它活动。





班马蛋糕

终于学会做班马蛋糕,这个配方确实口感柔软,

即使它需要较长的时间来准备。

Zebra Butter Cake 斑马蛋糕

7” round cake pan (removable bottom)


 227g unsalted butter ( i used salted  butter)

 85g caster sugar

 5 egg yolks (large)
 190g cake flour, sifted
 1/2tsp + 1/4tsp double action baking powder, sifted
 4tbsp milk
 1tsp vanilla extract
 1/2tsp fine salt


 5 egg whites (large)
 80g sugar


10g cocoa powder ( i added 1tsp nescafe powder more)
2tbsp hot water


1 o40mls pandan juice, to add with plain cake batter


Method
 1. Line the base of cake pan with paper and lightly grease the sides. Mix cocoa powder and hot water, set aside. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy.
 2. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the flour and baking powder and beat well to combine. Fold through the milk and combine well.
 3. Beat egg whites in a clean large bowl until soft foam. Gradually add in sugar, and beat till soft peak.
 4. Take one portion of the egg white mixture, and use a hand whisk to stir well with egg yolk mixture till combine.
 5. Slowly fold in the balance egg white with a spatula till well combine.
 6. Divide cake batter into two portions ( I divided plain cake batter 500g and 400g for chocolate cake batter) . Add in cocoa mixture into 400g cake batter and lightly mix till combine. Add 1 1/2tbsp milk into plain batter, mix well.
7. Using a small soup ladle, scoop 3 of plain batter into center of cake pan. Then, scoop 3 of chocolate batter onto the center of the plain batter. Use the back of the ladle, smooth out the batter a bit. Continue to scoop another 3 plain and chocolate batter, then reduce to 2 scoops and continue layering and reduce till 1 scoop towards at the end. The circles become smaller and smaller as you working with the batter. Lightly tap on worktop to remove air bubbles.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 50mins or until the skewer insert comes out clean.
9. Let cake cool on a wire rack before remove, don't need to wait completely cool.
