突然想到做一个大理石蛋糕,整整一天观看了you tube 做蛋糕的步骤。
自己再修改一下,需要做一个简单而成功地蛋糕。
一放工,就立刻回到家开始了。时间有限连dinner也延迟!
只是觉得对不起儿子(泽泽),会跳过你的physio锻炼时间.
可是,妈妈会做一个大理石蛋糕,让您享受!
Ingredient
250g butter ( i used butter cup)
150g castor sugar(original 250gm)
4 eggs
250g cake flour
2g baking soda
50 mls warm milk/hot water
20g cocoa powder
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees(180c)
- beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating until combined after each addition
- Add flour and beat with medium speed until smooth .Set aside 1/4 of the batter.
- In a bowl, mix cocoa and warm milk until smooth. Add the cocoa mixture to the reserved 1/4 cake batter; stir until well combined.
- pour cocoa batter into balance of white batter
- To create marbling, run a table knife (or wooden skewer) through the batters in a swirling motion.
- Bake45 to 50 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean
主料
250克 牛油(butter cup)
150克 砂糖(原250克)
4个鸡蛋
蛋糕粉250克,(过筛备用)
2克小苏打
50毫升牛奶/热水
20克可可粉
步骤:
- 烤箱预热至350度(180C)
- 牛油和糖打直到轻和蓬松,约5-10分钟。
- 加入鸡蛋一个一个,直到结合。
- 加入面粉(过筛)以中速拍直到光滑及有路纹
- 留出1/4的面糊。
- 在一个碗里,混合可可和温热的牛奶。添加可可混合物在1/4的蛋糕面糊,搅拌直到结合起来。
- 可可面糊倒入在白色的面糊里,用餐刀(或根木棒)通过面团在漩动创出大理石花纹。
- 烘烤45至50分钟。
